Pretrial Services is a division of the Fulton County Superior Court, currently led by Chief Judge Ural Glanville. Established in 1963, the division ensures that individuals comply with court-ordered release conditions while awaiting trial. Over the decades, Pretrial Services has become an indispensable asset to the Fulton County criminal justice system by significantly reducing the jail population and saving taxpayers millions of dollars.
